WOOD TURNING

The art of wood turning is gradually spreading throughout the world. This means there are many lathes that need spares and/or accessories. We already supply spares for the Union Graduate & Jubilee lathes. If you have a different machine, I would be pleased to quote for supplying either manufactured or alternative spares. ORNAMENTAL TURNING

I have designed a number of attachments for twin bed lathes for producing decorative and ornamental turnings. Including a profiler, an indexing kit, a sphere maker, a copy kit, a threading device and an eccentric chuck.

KNOBS AND LEVERS

You may have an early Record lathe, supplied without knobs and levers. These were fitted with grub screws and nuts for adjustment of the main components. Allen keys and spanners having to be used. Fitting knobs and levers does away with the spanners and keys. The knobs and levers can be supplied in kit form to suit the lathe, or separately as required.
